I'm Chef Josh Gier, an accomplished chef with a career built on versatility, creativity ,and a deep love for food at every level. I began my journey in one of the most demanding kitchens in the world as a chef at Walt Disney World, where I developed expertise in high volume service, precise execution, and creating memorable guest experiences. From there I ventured out on my own, launching a food truck and catering company that let me bring bold, approachable menus, to a wide range of events and clients. I've also worked as a private chef, designing custom menus and delivering intimate dining experiences tailored to each person's taste and needs.
My passion spans the entire culinary world, from sourcing the best ingredients to perfecting technique and presentation. Weather it's large scale dining, on the go service, or an exclusive private meal, I bring the same commitment to quality, hospitality, and innovation. I believe great food is about connection, and I am dedicated to creating dishes and experience's that bring people together.
